First Mother's Day
HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!
We will be celebrating Michelle's first mother's day in Gold Coast this year (not that we deliberately planned it that way) and Michelle wished for a bookstand so that she can read her recipe books in the kitchen. So yeah, I got her a beautiful bookstand or book holder you might call it.
You simply place the book...
and have it opened and 'bookmarked' by the metal chains... (oooh I love grilled or pan fried Salmon)
A plate of saucy Seafood pasta for dinner tonight and it has scallops, prawns, mushrooms, diced fish fillets...yum!
Michelle also prepared dessert earlier and it's called Chocolate and Shortbread slice...and simply place it in the fridge.
After 3 hours, cut them into slices and serve chilled. Of course, a cup of strong coffee goes very well with it indeed. Lovely.
