Oh So Souffle!

What do you when you feel like having a dessert after dinner but there isn't at home? Create one! So it goes...Michelle picked up her Donna Hay magazine and decided we have the ingredients to make lemon souffle...awesome. Here's the result.

I loved it! It goes very well with a cuppa of expresso. Thanks Michelle. What do we have [dessert] for tomorrow?

The ones in Donna Hay magazine look great especially with the extra fine sugar on top...the home made ones will do me, save us from going to cafes.

A Day in Chatswood

We decided to shop around in Chatswood for a baby high chair.

When visiting Chatswood, we would always try to visit Michelle's former employers Geoff and George at the pharmacy. There you go, Kimmy at the Dispensary with Geoff.

We also met up with Mikey for lunch at a BBQ restaurant. Kimmy is seen here deciding what we should eat.

We then popped over to Mikey's place. We all love Kimmy's infectious smile.

We're the Manchester United fans. Kimmy likes the Man U ball.

Kimmy & Po Po

I love my Po Po! Yeah, Kimmy absolutely loves her Po Po who looks after her every need. Po Po speaks to Kimmy in mandarin and now there's hope for her to be bilingual. Yeah Po Po is so good to Kimmy. By the way, if you think we are grooming Kimmy for the Bonds Baby Star Search, then no...we're not into this sort of thing. Hmm...I wonder what the prize is...and the worth of the contract

ANZAC Golf, Chatswood

The boys rocked up at Chatswood Golf Course on ANZAC Day and teed off at 6.30am. It was cold and wet, light drizzle became heavier despite what the weather forecast said earlier. Wanping, Mikey, Vince and I were in the same flight and the first hole gave us a taste of wet weather play. I have experience horrid weather more than once on the golf course.

Well, we might as well make the best of it. We're just golf tragics. Hmm...time to revise handicap gentlemen.

Oh dear, Kimmy started chewing my hair. She's got saliva all over my head!!! Haha... Kimmy really loves giddyup diddy and I don't mind it except, feeling a bit sore after that. :) I'd need to be able to swing without restrictions on ANZAC golf day at Chatswood GC. And...A Happy Birthday shout from us to Grandma in Singapore. Hope you've had a great day.
