Michelle decided to prepare us a Siu Kai Hong Fun, much like what you'll find in a Chinese Vietnamese restaurant in Sydney. Can I just say this, this Siu Kai Hong Fun is superdelicious, thumbs up!!! For the non-Cantonese speakers, Siu Kai means Roast Chicken, Hong means red and Fun is rice. It's really fun eating a plate of Roast chicken with red tomato rice.
