Cherie meets Kimmy
On 22 March 2007, Kimmy and Michelle visited me at the office. She was really happy that day, smiling and "talking" to everyone she met, including my firm's partners. Kimmy's really friendly and her natural ability to network is something that I need to learn.
After work, I went to meet the girls and Cherie who visited from Hong Kong. We then proceeded to a Korean BBQ restaurant for dinner.Michelle and Cherie are both former PLC students in Melbourne. That's how they met. Cherie has been working as a lawyer in Hong Kong and on that night, I sought her help in leanring Cantonese phrases that might help me at my work. It goes something like..."wo de ho jun yip ge lut xi wo whai zun lei bong le ngo fun lei yin tak ge pui shyong!"
The food's really yummy!
Cherie, we hope to see you again in the near future...perhaps the next Law Fair @ UNSW?
