Law Can Cook
You know, we husbands sometimes get the nagging that we don't cook, clean or wash. Quite true, we prefer to sit in our couches and watch the footy on the telly. Afterall, a hard day's work should give us some concession to some entertainment.
I often say that I will cook but I just find no inspiration from within. Alas! I decided to cook a healthy meal for Michelle, thus I present you my Smoke Salmon Ricotta Pasta.
It's a simple dish really. First, you cook the pasta. Now you don't overcook it. The spaghetti should still be a little springy and turn off the heat. Sprinkle some salt to prevent the spaghetti from sticking together.
You need to prepare sliced smoke salmon, diced basil, rochet or any vegetables you like, some pine nuts and low fat ricotta cheese.
Bring the pasta and put in a big salad bowl. Spread the smoke salmon over the pasta, break ricotta cheese into small pieces, put in the basil, nuts and other vegetables you may like...spread the virgin olive oil over the pasta generously, I say generously. Pepper it.
Now, mix the pasta with the ingredients, making sure the pasta is mixed properly so that the pasta well 'oiled'.
It's like eating a bowl of salad. Easy as ABC. Healthy as.

With this dish, I have removed every doubt in my gourmet cooking ability.

But when will I cook again? Hmm...the footy season has started so...

This is the Tins. Allan and Tina in North Sydney. We got on Skype and skyped on.

If you have a Skype account, a microphone and webcam, please skype us and say good day! Yes I know we are super high-tech than those working in Mountain View, California but hey, that's just us. Right Jeff? Right Jake?

:)
